Work Request Process

  • Requests for work can be received from District Health Boards, District Health Board New Zealand and Ministry of Health via email, telephone or in person
     

  • A work request form may need to be completed in order for the work to be assessed and allocated. (This may not include some of the work for the Audit and Information and Analysis Teams)
     

  • Work request forms are available from the South Island Shared Service Agency Limited office
     

  • Work request forms are returned either to the appropriate Team Leader or South Island Shared Service Agency Limited Personal Assistant
     

  • South Island Shared Service Agency Limited will maintain communication from the initial contact through to completion of the work requested
